Woke to a lovely sunny morning we had all had a nice lie – in and had coffee in bed, got up and made a nice bacon and eggs butty which we had sat out in the garden enjoying the sun, we had a nice morning at Greasby Ponds livery horse and dog show where we met up with some friends and there horses and Heather entered Ruby into the dog show and got first place in two events, popped home for some lunch, this afternoon the weather closed in and we got soaked while getting Jack in from the fields but it cleared and the sun came out long enough for us to dry off and ride Jack in the school, got home early evening and finished cooking are big roast dinner and celery and carrot soup, lynne and I where falling asleep on the sofa by 9.30
