Woke up early this morning and found all of yesterday’s clouds had gone and it looked like it was going to be a nice day, had coffee in bed and watched the day get lighter, Lynne was feeling very tired and down yesterday so this morning I said I would go to the stables and see to the horses, made myself a picnic lunch, and a flask of nice strong filter coffee, and got my bike ready to cycle to the farm, just before I left I made myself a bacon and egg butty, wrapped it in foil to keep warm, it was absolutely lovely morning to be out on my bike and got to the stables in about 15 minutes, turned out Jack and Skye then mucked out and did their waters and filled hay nets ready for later, finished about 1pm and then cycled to Royden Park where I had my lunch in the walled garden enjoying the sunshine, cycled home the long way around and spent the rest of the afternoon in the garden, made are dinner then Heather and I went to the stables and brought in the horses, spent the evening updating my blog and Facebook till Lynne finished work then we popped down to the pub for a quick drink while the kids where over at their friends house, got the kids home and in bed then it was a early night for me, I have to work tomorrow morning 😦

Sounds like a nice day, I wish spring would get here already 🙂
It was an almost perfect day, don’t think the nice weather will last all weekend though, got to work this morning but it’s sunny so I’m going to make the most of it and walk to work, hope spring arrives soon for you
