Woke up early this morning to really high winds, had coffee and thankfully by 9am the wind had dropped enough for my Sunday morning walk with Ruby around Royden Park and up onto Thurstaston Hill it was still a bit windy up there but still nice to be out, came home and had a bit of lunch and then we went to an equine car boot sale at Royden Hall which is by the farm and picked up a bargain of a reflective sheet for Skye for when she’s hacking out, Lynne and Heather rode and we mucked out and made up the hay nets and where home before the next lot of wind and rain hit us, had a well deserved glass of cider and cooked a big fat roast dinner and we had a nice glass of homemade wine to wash it down , after we had eaten and tidied up we watched I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and then got a early night
