Woke up early this morning to a nice clear morning, when I was leaving for work it had gone all misty but it was nice and cool to cycle in, had a very busy day in work again and it turned into a very hot afternoon, had a nice cycle home from work but came home to a empty house, Cameron was at Julies and Lynne had taken Heather to the hospital, she had gone over on her ankle twice in school, I dropped my bike off at home and walked to the hospital and met Lynne and Heather as they came out, thankfully she has only sprained her ankle and will be on crutches and painkillers for a couple of days, when we got home we cooked some dinner and then chilled out in front of the tv till it was time to go to bed

Poor Heather I know how that feels the same thing used to happen to me too it’s awful and embarrassing when it happens at school I had to wear a compression support things for my ankles and do ankle strengthening exercises.
She has got exercises to do and has am appointment on Friday for insert’s in her footwear to straighten out her ankle, her foot turns in slightly due to a break a couple of years ago
Ouch I hope the insert’s help her and give her a hug from me and let her know she is not alone 🙂
She has got her insert’s but not been out much due to septic tonsillitis for the last we and a half, she says thanks for the hug
Poor kidlet I also know how that feels too not nice I hope she doesn’t get any allergies to the antibiotics like I did. Anytime I like any kind of hugs even virtual ones 🙂
She seems OK on antibiotics, on her second lot and both different types, I would rather the kids didn’t take any at all but sometimes needs must
