Had a very restless sleep last night, my back and chest was killing me, been suffering on and of with this for years, I think something goes into spasm possibly due to stress or anxiety but can never figure out exactly what sets it off, had coffee and sorted out the chickens before cycling to the farm to feed Skye and then on to work, it was frosty and very cold when I left the house but noticeably warmer when I got to work, had a busy day in work and thankfully this afternoon we got some heat in the showroom after a week and a half, finished work and had a nice cycle home and when I got in I found Lynne was joining us for dinner, made tomorrow’s lunches, after we had eaten and tidied I had a shower and was sat with my feet up at 6.30pm, watched some TV and when Lynne finished work we watched I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and then got a early night

5.30am and just on freezing point this morning with a bit of a breeze of the sea, I only go to the doctors when there is dire need and can’t fix it myself
