Lol about Skye she sounds like me right now with my no wheat and no dairy diet I’m a bit over it today it’s hard when you have eaten what you want your whole life except when I went vege for a year when I was 21 and now you can’t have a lot of things you love Thanks for making me and Ma laugh πŸ™‚

Must be difficult, I’ve cut out a lot of the things I really like just because I know how bad they are, you will be fine once you get into the swing of things and it can be fun researching and experimenting

It’s doing my head in today I’m feeling really frustrated with the whole thing I don’t smoke, drink, gamble and now I have to give up just about all my fave foods and drinks and on top of that all the foods that I can eat and drink are so expensive and hard to come by it just isn’t fair at all. I think it’s making me feel bad becuase I have no energy to do things for myself and I’m worried that when I get home I will go back to bad habits even though I know it’s making me sick I’m sure I won’t once I start to feel better

When you get the chance do some research online there is loads of different options, you will soon find new favourite foods, the price is always going to be a problem, supermarkets love to make a hefty profit out of this sort of thing, the first week will be the tough one

Thank You so much for your encouraging words I have been trying but because I chewed through my stepdads internet it’s so slow which is also frustrating me. It’s so wrong that it’s like that more and more of us in the world are getting food allergy’s and these big supermarkets don’t care about the people who are trying to live a healthier life yep you got that right all I want is peanut butter on toast with a milo not peanut butter on rice crackers with a coco and rice milk it’s just not the same.

    • neilirving says:

It’s not the same, maybe a trip to the library and some local health food shops will give you some ideas, I does make you think what is in our foods and packaging to make us get allergic in the first place and then ripped off when it’s time to deal with it 😦
