Ended up falling asleep in the armchair last night, wanted to stay close to Ruby who has not been eating for the last couple of days, I woke every hour or so to make sure she took some water, which she did and seemed a lot better this morning, had coffee and breakfast and then got ready for work, when I got over to Liverpool I went for a walk befor going into the office, came across some administrative problems which needed sorting out and took up a big chunk of my morning sending emails and making phone calls, but got things sorted thankfully, had lunch sat in the sun and had a straight forward afternoon, finished work and got the bus home and when I got in Lynne had a nice dinner in the slow cooker and heather had the rest in the oven, after we had eaten and tidied up I chilled out with Ruby on my knee listening to music till Lynne finished work, we chatted about our day while she had her dinner and then got an early night

Love green tea, can’t drink normal tea it gives me a upset stomach, doctors say you shouldn’t drink coffee with ibs but I find it does me more good than anything

  6. dudachicken says:

Yeah I drink lactose free milk now and it has helped with my allergy to milk. Yeah anything for a energy boost I just can’t drink to much coffee otherwise I then can’t sleep at night. We both had a bad night last night John and I the bloody rain kept waking us up.

I hardly drink milk at all, unless it comes straight from the cow or goat mmm warm and creamy, I was up all night last night, had a lot on my mind and couldn’t switch off, everyone has gone to bed now and I should really do the same

Yeah that’s good you got to sleep in we had a long weekend too which doesn’t help the motivation for John to go back to work even though he is always there lol. We both had a bad night last night John’s bad back has been playing up so I ended up out on the couch in our media room in the front of our house I was lucky John gave me the doona as it’s always so much more cold out the front of the house I couldn’t sleep so I got up and put Spotify on the computer it was 3:15 in the morning then I woke up at 10 to 7 this morning John followed me soon after feeling a lot better thank god πŸ™‚
