Friday 26.10.18

Up and about early this morning after a restless nighs sleep, had coffee and then got ready for work, got the late bus over to Liverpool and got soaked walking to the office, to make things worse my work shoes sprung a leak and spent the whole day with a soggy foot, had a very busy day filing and tiding up my paperwork, the rain stopped by lunchtime so I was able to get out for a walk, the afternoon flew by and before I knew it it was time to go and catch the train, this evening I was meeting the family in Chester, Lynne’s sister Helen was doing her 18th and final half marathon in aid of Cancer Research, her final run was just Helen and a few close running friends and it was great to have us all there as she crossed the line

There was no room for me in the car so me and my soggy foot walked back to the station and got the train to Moreton where Lynne and the kids picked me up after dropping off Di and Angela home, quick shower and more or less straight to bed
