Up and about early this morning, had coffee and then got ready for work, took me an age to get to work due to an accident on the motorway and thankfully my phone warned me before I left the house and I could use the back roads,had a very busy morning and at lunchtime managed to get out for a walk, 2 and a half miles in half an hour, found a nice little route that I will try and do as often as possible, the rest of the day just flew by, finished on time and when I got home we had some dinner and then chilled out in front of the tv till it was time to go to bed
